We have an exciting opportunity for Growth Marketing Manager role in a FinTech space based out of Bangalore.
JD for the role :
1. Acquire customers - digitally at the right CAC
2. Define the Volume-CAC equation for the qtr and year and plan milestones accordingly
3. Plan the media mix across all paid channels for 1 month, 6 months and what we will be 12 months down
4. Manage the budgets so as to be within our CAC goals (the budgets are significant)
5. Hunt new avenues for paid advertising that help reduce CAC and that make us over-reliant on one particular channel
6. Identify agencies who can help scale, at the right cost. Work with them closely to make them successful.
7. Pick out consumer insights that will help scale better and funnel them into marketing and product
8. Plan the roadmap to get to a 50% organic contribution
9. Define milestones, with timelines, to get there.
10. Plan resources, infra, actions to meet those milestones
11. Keep hunting for newer channels of growth and work to make them successful
12. Feature and rank our app on various app stores
Tactical Goals :
1. Run multiple paid campaigns across Google & FB. Preference of Google over FB. And other channels as well.
2. Manage daily budgets and daily volumes
3. Constantly A/B test across segments, creative, pricing, gender, geography etc
4. Work with the creative team /agency to design communication
5. Work with the data, product and tech teams to learn and better execute the campaigns.
6. Rapid experimentation, learn, improve, scale, repeat.
Candidates must have their MBA degree from Tier 1 college.
