- Shape and own the marketing strategy, aligned to GTX's business goals-demand generation, talent attraction, ecosystem engagement, and brand expansion.

- Lead full-funnel growth marketing efforts across both B2B and B2C segments, driving qualified leads, engagement, and conversions through a mix of paid, organic, and community-based initiatives.

- Build and grow the GTX brand-establishing it as the go-to platform for global talent mobility, and a trusted name among returnees, hiring organizations, ecosystem partners, and thought leaders.

- Develop narratives and campaigns that position GTX as both a talent platform and a nation-building initiative-using powerful storytelling and purposeful content.

- Collaborate closely with leadership, product, sales, and partnerships teams to ensure marketing supports business priorities, launches, and ongoing programs like Back 2 Bharat and India to the World.

- Define and drive the overarching marketing roadmap.

- Own brand positioning, voice, and visibility across stakeholder segments.

- Be the bridge between marketing insights and business action.

- Growth Marketing & Lead Generation.

- Design and execute full-funnel growth campaigns for B2B client acquisition and B2C talent engagement.

- Develop personas, buyer journeys, and conversion-optimized content strategies.

- Drive measurable growth in traffic, leads, and CAC/LTV metrics.

- Create and oversee high-quality, original content-blogs, whitepapers, sector reports, landing pages, and webinars.

- Partner with leadership and advisors to amplify strategic narratives and thought leadership content.

- Manage digital marketing operations including SEO/SEM, performance marketing, email automation, CRM, and analytics.

- 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, B2B/B2C lead generation, and brand strategy.

- Proven ability to drive pipeline, engagement, and conversions through owned and paid channels.
