- If you live and breathe marketing we need to talk. We are looking for an experienced and versatile Growth Marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our Organization. Major
channels of focus would be Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Affiliate and Influencer Marketing.
- Growth Marketing responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with the brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
Job Role :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across all platforms such as Google, Youtube, Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit
- Strong understanding and experience in driving Web & Mobile App marketing. Should have had the experience of strategizing, managing, optimizing (CAC optimization), and running campaigns on the above ad systems at large scale with investments greater than Rs.1 Cr/month.
- Very strong with setting data and analytic systems along with the Data Science/BI team to develop powerful actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across all platforms, ensuring optimal performance and budget utilization.
- Deep understanding of Ads Managers of Google/ Google UAC, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Quora.
- Expertise in using AppsFlyer/FireBase for campaign tracking, attribution, and optimization.
- Lead and manage a team of performance marketing specialists.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, like Google, Facebook, and other media platforms.
- Analyze and interpret marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Report on performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing.
- Drive performance across the User Acquisition funnel by optimizing for metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust SEO and advertising campaigns accordingly
Requirements :
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing especially Mobile App marketing & Web.
- Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and growth through paid advertising campaigns.
- Deep understanding of ad platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Quora Ads.
- Proven expertise in using AppsFlyer and Firebase for campaign tracking and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
