Profile:
- Lead Growth Marketing for a cult, iconic brand growing extremely rapidly. India's fastest growing Start-Up with an innovative, first-to-the-world model.
Growth Marketer will lead end-to-end non-performance user acquisition of the brand, including:
- Organic, viral growth hacking: Creating digital assets that have inherent virality and reduce marginal user acquisition cost to zero.
- SEO: We have cutting-edge SEO abilities given our ability to generate thousands of UGC content daily.
- Social Media: All assets
- Brand, Content and PR.
- Global Expansion: We're the 1st in the world with our model and expanding globally starting Q1- 2020.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead all growth marketing. This includes strategy, direction, implementation, and follow-up.
- Lead all global events--end-to-end for kids to attend Silicon Valley and ISRO Mentorship program, directly interfacing with top leadership from Google, Waymo and ISRO.
Experience:
Minimum: 7 years experience in a fast growing start-up preferably B2C start-up.
Behavioral:
a) Radical Accountability: Run the vertical like your own business. Product is incredibly high quality with 20%+ conversion.
b) Systems Thinking: Early stage start-up hence requires incredible detail orientation and process thinking. Do-er versus a talker.
c) Extremely creative/hacker mindset with In-depth knowledge of PPC ecosystem
