KRA:

- Perform exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas.

- Develop, execute, and manage content strategies to attract target audience.

- Develop clear and engaging content that is consistent with our brand image and addresses both business goals and consumer needs.

- Devise content roadmap and plan for middle and bottom of the organic funnel.

- Build and lead the Growth Marketing team of designers, brand managers, and copywriters.

- Lead projects from inception to completion with detailed opportunity assessment and impact reporting.

Ideal candidate:

- Deep understanding of content strategies and social media marketing.

- Have experience in handling and strategizing marketing campaigns.
