Key Responsibilities :
Omnichannel Strategy :
- Develop a holistic omnichannel growth strategy that integrates both online and offline channels to create a unified brand experience.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth across various touchpoints, considering regional nuances.
User-Centric Campaigns :
- Design and lead user-focused campaigns, considering localized use cases and consumer behaviours.
- Craft marketing initiatives that resonate with specific customer cohorts in different regions.
Offline Channel Optimization :
- Lead initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market reach through offline channels across India.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from online engagement to offline experiences.
Online-to-Offline Synergy :
- Collaborate closely with the tech team to drive strategic initiatives that seamlessly connect online and offline interactions.
- Identify innovative ways to leverage our online platforms to drive foot traffic and transactions in offline stores.
Data-Driven Growth :
- Utilize data insights to identify customer acquisition opportunities and optimize campaigns across both online and offline channels.
- Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
Localized Initiatives :
- Leverage your understanding of regional and local dynamics to tailor initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Implement activations that align with cultural preferences and trends.
Cross-Functional Leadership :
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Tech, Operations, and Sales, to ensure alignment and execution of omnichannel strategies.
