Growth Manager - Youtube ( Tamil /Telegu)

Job Summary:

The Growth Manager - YouTube (Telugu/Tamil) will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase subscribers, views, and engagement on our YouTube channels. This role requires a deep understanding of the Telugu and/or Tamil-speaking audience, strong analytical skills, and a creative mindset to drive channel growth. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Telugu or Tamil and have a proven track record of managing successful YouTube channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase subscribers, views, and engagement on our YouTube channels.

- Analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics and other tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and designers to create compelling and culturally relevant content that appeals to the Telugu/Tamil audience.

- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve searchability and click-through rates.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous channel growth.

- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

- Manage and engage with the community through comments, live streams, and social media to build a loyal and active subscriber base.

- Prepare regular reports on channel performance, growth initiatives, and key metrics for senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in managing YouTube channels or digital marketing, preferably within the Telugu/Tamil-speaking markets.

- Fluency in Telugu or Tamil is mandatory.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.

- Creative thinker with a passion for digital content and audience growth.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
