We are seeking a motivated and experienced Growth Lead to oversee and manage our growth and performance across various categories on the YouTube platform (Male/Female TG categories). The Growth Lead will develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and revenue generation within the specified categories.
Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of YouTube content trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities within assigned categories.
- Develop comprehensive category-specific strategies to maximize brand exposure, audience engagement, and revenue growth.
- Content Management: Oversee and provide inputs to the content creative process, from ideation and production to optimization for YouTube algorithms and best practices.
- Engagement: Analyze audience behavior and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improving content relevance and engagement levels.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics, including views, watch time, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and optimize for growth.
- Managing large teams with diverse backgrounds and defining precise monthly and quarterly goals while helping them to achieve the same.
- Product Funnels - Work closely with product and app teams to drive high-quality app installs and conversions funnel in-app via YouTube and organic funnels.
- Owns P&L for the category.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree from a Tier - 1 institute. Preference for a MBA Degree (Tier 1).
- Exceptional communicator - ability to inspire and influence, and dexterity in presenting to large/diverse audiences. Native or bilingual proficiency in speaking and writing in English.
- Self-driven - ability to own and run with an agenda and build teams that can execute jointly.
- Strong familiarity with business, digital media, and tech startup landscape in India.
- Strategic thinker with creative flair and project management skills crafting world-class creative strategy and spearheading the execution.
- Innately curious and thrives on gleaning insights from data, and able to identify creative opportunities in content and translate these into sharp creative strategies.
- Proactive, fast, and flexible problem-solver with superb time, resource, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to interact meaningfully with people of diverse backgrounds, personalities, and expertise.
- Passion and curiosity towards building great product experiences for everyone.
- Self-motivated leader and strong collaborator/team player - with the ability to maintain calm, make good decisions and work with constant ambiguity.
