Growth Manager - Food Retail Industry
Responsibilities:
- Own the revenue P&L for online and/or offline channel for 220+ stores across India
- Analyze revenue output and input data sets to suggest and execute tactical strategies
- Keep track of weekly and monthly revenue trends vis- vis AOP targets to address gaps and stress areas
- Devise innovative & seamless promotional campaigns by involving all cross-functional teams (operations, brand, culinary, supply chain, etc)
- Laise with online aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato, etc) for insights, interventions and promotions
Qualifications & Requirements:- Proficient in excel, should be able to analyze large data sets
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Should be willing to go the extra mile and question the status quo
- 4-5 years experience in marketing and/or growth roles. Food industry candidates will be preferred.
- MBA qualification not a must, but will be preferred
- Willing to work on Saturdays (WFH)
