Growth Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
- Person will be responsible for managing day to day revenue planning & execution for the vertical
- Will work closely with central growth, formats, operations and on-ground teams to formulate growth strategy & drive new initiatives at a city/center-level
- Identify key gaps/opportunities to maximise revenue outcomes
- Program management of key initiatives
- Own & drive timely execution of daily sales operations - e.g. store-front/sale-events management, pricing, digital marketing, brand marketing, BTL/ATL activation, B2B corporate/insurance tie-ups
- Provide customer/market insights to better build suited offerings for customers
- Effectively use digital and offline channels to drive walk-ins, trials and new user acquisition and retention
Background:- Education- MBA
- 2-3 years of growth & marketing experience in ecommerce, food apps, content platforms, FMCG, Consulting and/or start up organizations
- Ability to work with various cross-functional stakeholders & steer group towards common objective/goal
- Strong analytics and quantitative skills
- Go-getters, who are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
- Love for problem solving & impact orientation
