Growth Manager


Experience: years in growth marketing

- Experience in working cross functionally with performance marketing, SEO, data analytics, product, design teams is a must have

- Experience in the loop of data analysis - hypothesis - experiment design - experiment deployment - experiment evaluation - learning codification is a must have

- Required: Knowledge of WebEngage, Clevertap, MoEngage, etc. is a must.

- Experience in basic graphic design, even Canva, is a preference, but not a must have

- Experience in copywriting is a preference, but not a must have

Education: Graduation is a preference, but not a must have.

Location: Mumbai. The office is currently at the 4th Floor, Krislon House, Kishanlal Marwah Marg, Marol, Andheri East.

Remote Work: This is a work from office role by default due to high levels of coordination required with cross functional teams. Work from home can be aligned with manager on a case to case basis, but the role requires residence in Mumbai.

CTC:10 - 15 Lakh per annum. Specifics will depend on experience and skills.

About the job:

- The Whole Truth is one of the fastest growing and most loved premium FMCG brands in the country.

- The brand was founded D2C first, and the D2C channels is one of the fastest growing and profitable channels for the company.

- The company is formalizing an org structure with clearly defined responsibilities for performance marketing, product, UI/UX design, tech and data and is looking to hire someone with experience in growth marketing to complement the existing team.

- Create clear compelling copy for various mediums (push notifications, emails, SMS, email notifications)

- Work closely with Category Managers to meet PnL targets

- Manage end to end campaigns and engage customers through relevant communications

- Create relevant customer segments, analyze trends and prioritize campaigns based on impact

- Plan & execute sale, upselling, cross selling campaigns.

- Provide messaging and channel understanding to internal stakeholders

- Work closely with product team to rollout features along with new releases

The role will report to the D2C Lead for the company, who is a founding member who sits in the leadership team of the company.

Skills:

- Intimate knowledge of growth tools & channels

- Familiarity with performance marketing, SEO, UI/UX, product, data analytics

- Familiarity with creative judgement across design and copy

- Proficient in Excel and HTML, APIs and Webhooks

Edge:

- Experience in early stage start up

- Experience in FMCG
