Seeking someone who can lead the growth of Floworks, while working with Founder & can drive new initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience of building growth for SAAS startup in US market, graduated from a tier-1 business school with an MBA or PGDM.

Y Combinator backed company building an unified interface that could interact with all work applications. We are founded by 2x entrepreneurs and IIT alumnus Sudipta and Sarthak.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment of the business environment and identifying strategic opportunities & new product-oriented initiatives
- Lead multiple experiment with different growth channels & double down on the succesful ones.
- Actively establishing and nurturing relationships with external clients, industry leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Identify & build areas for improvement in internal processes and workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, automation, and optimisation initiatives.
- Take charge of strategic initiatives and programs aimed at driving growth.
Requirements:
- Experience of managing growth of B2B SAAS product in US and other international market.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
- Deep understanding of the tech industry, startup ecosystem, and emerging trends.
