Description
- Periodically revise the required growth metrics for existing products to match the business plans.
Research product flows and customer feedback to identify the issues that impact customer growth.
- Coordinate with the Product team to ensure effective implementation of the growth plan.
- Utilise marketing intelligence to vet key segments and target.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to achieve the growth metrics.
- Have 1-3 years of work experience.
- Possess analytical mindset and problem-solving approach.
- Have a desire to understand consumer behaviour.
- Understand and love technology, and see every problem from a technology lens.
- Be comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Be curious about metrics and execution processes, and keeping an eye out for details.
