Key responsibilities:
- Envisioning, building, and executing strong growth, retention, and monetization plans for the product such that it aligns the short term and long term goals of the company
- Creating a culture of frugal product lead viral growth and also ROI based performance marketing with great efficiencies
- Building and executing plans to create a very sticky product with a high ARPU
- Building the Growth Marketing team for the product with the right culture that is suited for a high growth startup
- Building a strong product analytics foundation using attrition tools and other analytical tools
- Institutionalize a strong OKR oriented product monitoring system using the analytical data and use them to improve product growth, retention, and monetization
- Build deep insights through analytical data interpretation and enhance the product
- Optimize growth, retention, and monetization of the product from time to time.
- Work with product and business teams to ensure that the strategy and growth goals of the business unit is articulated on the growth side.
- Stay on top of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis to predict user behavior.
- Collaborate with the branding team to deploy, enmesh and measure brand marketing campaigns with performance marketing ones
Preferred Experience:
- 5-8 years of demonstrated success in Product growth particularly performance marketing, product-led growth, and SEO leading to app download and user activation.
- Must have at least 3+ years of experience in building and leading digital marketing teams
- Must have an excellent background and track record in a matured real money mobile gaming start-up.
- Must be excellent with Analytical tools and dashboards
- Working knowledge of CRM automation tools like Clevertap, branch.io, appsflyer, Mixpanel, WebEngage, MoEngage
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL BQ knowledge is a huge bonus
- Must have strong leadership abilities who can lead teams to success
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented
- Must have the ability to grow into a role
- Collaborative leader with high integrity and a hands-on attitude
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in any domain
