Growth Manager
- Work with merchants and their agents to identify pain points while providing valuable feedback to the product and tech team.
- Collaborate with internal teams and risk to reduce rejection rates and drops offs.
- Get a higher share of the merchants business and customers by building relationship.
- Make quarterly business plans with merchants and present forecasting report of possible outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales plans and marketing strategies.
- Execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and achieve revenue targets.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Onboarding of new merchants monthly so as to increase market share while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Solidifying, and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders
- Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on corporate competitors
