Growth Manager - (Industry Association)


Key Responsibilities:

Member Relationship Management:

- Develop and nurture relationships with existing members, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.

- Maintain consistent communication and engagement with members through various channels.

- Monitor member involvement levels throughout the year and identify opportunities for increased participation.

Membership Growth & Retention:

- Manage the membership lifecycle, including invoicing, tracking renewal cycles, and ensuring timely receipt of fees.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase member retention and encourage renewals.

Events & Conferences:

- Collaborate with the team to organize the annual membership conference, including speaker invitations, program development, and logistical arrangements.

- Support the organization of roundtable events, including gathering member input on topics, coordinating invitations, and collaborating with steering committees.

Content Creation & Communication:

- Create engaging content for various channels, including social media posts, brochures, presentations, and website updates.

- Contribute to the development of communication materials, such as speaker invitation letters and conference programs.

Collaboration & Partnerships:

- Build and maintain positive working relationships with other departments within the organization.

- Develop strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, such as corporations, government agencies, and industry associations.

- Facilitate roundtable interactions between members and government authorities.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor/masters degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (prior experience in a membership organization is a plus).

- Minimum 3+ years] of experience in a membership-based organization or relevant field.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.

- A passion for the organization's mission and a commitment to member satisfaction
