Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Work with different departments to identify growth opportunities throughout the entire company
2. Come up with different ways to seize these opportunities
3. Define priorities based on impact, confidence to execute, and easiness
4. Generating additional business from existing accounts. 20% growth in existing accounts by mining into other Lines of Business
5. Building compelling propositions for clients & Responding to RFPs
6. Work very closely with designated account managers and recruitment teams
7. Ability to carry a number target ( tracked monthly, quarterly )
8. Building Team for executing existing business and growth.
9. Managing team motivation and morale to execute growth strategies.
Mandatory Requirements :
1. At least 10 years of BD, Sales, Account management experience with international clients.
2. Team Handling experience.
3. Stronghold on Staffing solutions
4. Excellent client handling capability
5. Hands on with sales process- running call & mail campaigns, conducting & leading first/ second level meetings
6. Hands on with resource planning, recruitment delivery
7. MBA from top Tier B. School (IIM, ISB, XLRI or other top tier university)
