Job Description - To lead the entire category growth for a leading OTT overseeing Content, Marketing, Ops and P&L for the category.

Client Details

- The client is a well funded OTT available in 20+ countries backed by marquee investors.

Description

- To lead the P&L for the category and spearhead the growth.

- To lead and build a team of content creators, performance marketers, sales ops, etc.

- To create growth plans for the category in line with the overall organisation growth.

Profile

- A graduation from IIT or post graduation from IIM/ISB is a must.

- An ideal candidate should have an experience of 5-8 years in a growth or a digital marketing role with a P&L experience.

- Start up experience is a plus.
