Growth Lead required for an eCommerce Startup based in Gurgaon.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate marketing objectives aligned with business objectives which can translate into 10x growth across metrics
- Identifying and implementing different hacks for generating awareness with TG
- End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, building digital strategy in various media and measurement and analysis of impact
- Execution of Search Engine marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email campaigns, increase in app install base on a continuous basis
- Building relationships with affiliate platforms / partner sites / blogs / news sites / apps
- Coordinate between Tech and Product to drive conversion improvement tactics
- Management reporting, oversee MIS reporting from various sources e.g. Google analytics, mobile analytics
- Build an excellent team to work along with him
- Excellent network in online marketing communities - other marketing heads at different startups, key influencers at ad agencies / ad networks, other affiliate channel heads
- Passionate about consumer behavior
- At least 2 years' experience in growth hacking at startups - own startup even better
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Experience in data analytics - required to pull out actionable insights from Google Analytics and other tools.
