Growth Lead
Looking for a Growth Lead in a leading startup founding team who will design and execute its global marketplaces strategy, It is a global distribution system, both online and offline, for top brands from India. Covering 25+ marketplaces and top offline retailers in North America, Europe and the Middle East.
What are we looking for :
1. Category insights: research categories, products, and consumer insights to understand trends and demand to design high potential brand/business plans.
2. Marketing & advertising: develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns to promote the brand and drive sales.
3. Analytics & reporting: analyze key performance indicators such as sales, conversion, profitability and customer reviews.
4. Pricing strategy: develop a pricing strategy that is competitive and profitable.
5. Product listing: This involves creating and optimizing product listings on the marketplace, including writing compelling product descriptions and choosing relevant keywords to help customers find the product.
Ideal requirements:
1. Relevant experience: in scaling a brand 1-to-10 on multiple marketplaces including Amazon, with in-depth exposure to category, marketing and growth strategy.
2. Ambition & aspiration: looking to fastrack to leadership role or looking to startup in 2-3 years.
3. Leadership skills: Ability to inspire and motivate others, and effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities.
4. Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate ideas and build relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
5. Persistence: Ability to persevere and stay focused on goals, even in the face of challenges and setbacks.
