As a Growth Lead you will be responsible for online growth of Fruits & Vegetable vertical, which is a B2B2C business model. Mapping and growing out demand, supply, and retention will be some of the key factors of your role.
Responsibilities:
- To lead the entire dealer acquisition channel: Online, Affiliate and Alternate Acquisition channel
- Will be responsible for building the dealer acquisition strategy and executing it to rapidly scale the dealer penetration in Bangalore and scale it to other cities
- Drive and manage all paid B2B, B2C and channel partnership campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis, and testing of keyword performance.
- Ensure successful campaigns by managing bids and budgets to successfully meet the predefined KPIs
- Optimise campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment.
- Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition - with an - implement-, - test-, and - measure- mindset.
- Test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group.
- Use different mediums such as Digital marketing, Growth hacks, Advertising, Referrals for growth of the organization
- Brainstorming new ways of segmenting potential customers and means of communication, leading into quick-test pilots (what works/what doesn't) for increased relevant user-traffic.
Must-Have Skills :
- 2 to 4 years- Experience in online growth marketing
- Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication & Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player
- Strong collaboration, stake holder management and interpersonal skills
