Role & responsibilities

Seeking a versatile and strategic Growth Lead with extensive experience in all facets including marketing, growth, strategy, ops. As the founding member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build and shape the grwoth function, implementing innovative strategies to scale our products and expand our market reach.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred from a Top Tier Institution.

- 1-5 years of experience in strategy, ops, growth

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

- Experience in a startup or product industry is a plus.
