An early-stage startup on a mission to revolutionise the product landscape, is seeking a passionate and experienced Growth Head to join our team. In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for building and scaling our growth engine from the ground up, driving user acquisition, brand awareness, and ultimately, business success.
Who We Are Looking For:
Early-Stage Growth Rockstar:
- We're looking for someone who thrives in the scrappy, fast-paced environment of a startup.
- Ideally, you'll minimum 3-4 years of experience working in the early stages of a high-growth company, either as an ex-founder who spearheaded growth initiatives or as a growth marketer who helped a startup scale from the ground up.
- Experience at large corporations is not a requirement.
Growth Machine Architect:
- You possess a strong understanding of the core growth principles and frameworks.
- You're a strategic thinker who can identify growth opportunities across the user lifecycle, from acquisition to activation and retention.
Channel Agnostic Problem Solver:
- While in-depth performance marketing expertise is not essential, you have a solid understanding of various growth channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.) and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- You're comfortable getting your hands dirty and experimenting with new approaches.
Data-Driven Decision Maker:
- You leverage data and analytics to inform your decisions and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- You're comfortable working with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- You have a strong track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- You excel at communication, collaboration, and fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
Smart & Versatile:
- You're a quick learner with a "can-do" attitude. You're comfortable taking ownership, adapting to new situations, and tackling challenges head-on.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.
- Identify and prioritize key growth channels and experiment with different tactics to optimize user acquisition and retention.
- Set up and manage our growth stack, including analytics tools and platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, design, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive growth strategy.
- Track and analyze growth metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and mentor a high-performing growth team (as the company scales).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest growth trends and best practices.
