Role Summary:
One of, if not the most, critical needs for EBs to grow effectively to realize their potential is access to affordable financing & efficiently managing their finances & transactions. Multiple instruments can be utilized in this space - from credit cards to business loans to cash flow-based lending among others. Despite there being several players in the B2B financing & financial management space, the potential for addressing these needs remains immense.
The Growth Head role for lending is responsible for developing and leading the Growth function within the lending vertical. The role entails putting together the initial GTM & Delivery strategy as well as business model creation & projection - ensuring that economics and scale make it a viable product portfolio.
Experience Required:
Experience- min. 9-10 years' experience of leading sales/ Growth/ business teams, preferably in bank / trad. NBFC + new-age NBFC / fintech; B2B (MSME and SME, not enterprise) products focused

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Building & driving the growth team for direct lending business.
2. Developing and delivering monthly and annual revenue
3. Working closely with risk, credit and operations functions to grow the portfolio, drive revenue and maintain portfolio health.
4. Identify areas of growth for direct lending business- including digital and physical partnerships and alliances, channel development & management (CAs and DSAs), customer segmentation & GTM strategy.
5. To develop collection capabilities in the future to partake portfolio risk along with lenders.
6. Collaborate with wider operations, sales and marketing organizations.
7. Managing revenue and portfolio health for lending vertical
8. Setting direction for (with Sales Lead), reviewing and motivating the sales team to achieve the overall AOPs, MOPs
