Growth Head - Renowned Brand
The Growth Lead will be responsible for driving the growth of one or more business line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product led growth and digital marketing and experience managing cross-functional teams. The Growth Lead will work closely with other senior leaders to develop and execute effective growth strategies that support the overall business objectives.
Long term - Create and Manage Growth Plan - Breakdown of business into actionable growth levers ( within acquisition, onboarding, engagement, resurrection), initiatives required, immediate and long-term execution details, revenue and cost planning around initiatives
Day to day - this person will formulate exact GTM they want to execute, monitor growth metrics and take corrective action where needed [Persona, What to message, when to message, which channel to use, what to pitch, lead sales funnel ]
Duties include - Ideate, design and deploy growth related campaigns.
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that align with business objectives and target key customer segments
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives, including content development, digital advertising, events, and lead generation campaigns
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customers, including their needs, pain points, and behaviors, and use that knowledge to inform growth strategies
- Develop messaging and positioning for our products that resonate with our target customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.
- Track and report on Performance KPIs across all acquisition, engagement & retention channels to optimize ROI, including highlighting potential investment tradeoffs between all CPA-based activities.
- You will work on increasing conversions & reducing drop-offs throughout the user funnel.
- Try out new and emerging marketing opportunities, platforms, and acquiring users for zero or as close to zero as possible marketing spends. When stuff works, transitioning it to traditional online marketeers to scale
- Must be a Creative Thinker able to present the content in an extraordinary and different way to reach a huge number of audience.
- Drive metrics on product adoption, engagement, growth. Think of out-of-the-box solutions to solve problems in these areas.
- Communication: Should be able to articulate your thoughts and ideas, communicate with key stakeholders (which includes technical, sales and business teams across the organization)
Skills and Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier 1 college. MBA is a plus.
- At least 5 years of prior experience in driving growth and engagement for the internet and mobile products.
- Prior experience in startups and in launching and growing internet products from X to 10X users is a big plus
