Job Description :


- Understand the social product right from our top of the funnel, the free app and the pro features for Teenagers

- Understand the target User personal

- Work on a multi-channel approach to acquire the users across the world : School Alliances, Influencer channels, Channel partners, Evangelists, Teen communities, Digital marketing (limited) and affiliated and set up channels for the long term like SEO and Youtube properties

- Crack the distribution and create channels in a way that can own the distribution rather than depending on other networks and high budget for acquisition

- Set up the entire user acquisition process, tracking right from campaigns to sign ups to activated users on the app

- Understand the quality of engagement of users coming from every funnel and feed that back into fine tuning the funnel itself

- Bring a data oriented and daily engineering mindset based approach in all the business teams

- Create highly efficient micro-business teams and growth hacking units to crack projects and funnels fast and efficiently

- Work closely with Product, learning and tech teams to bring an integrated business approach

- Align quarterly and fortnightly projects and targets with the business phase and plan for critical milestones be it fund-raising, revenue, profitability or scale
