Role Overview:
As the Growth Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our business into new cities. You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, identifying market opportunities, and establishing a strong presence in diverse locations. Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Lead the strategic planning and execution of business activation in new cities, ensuring a seamless entry into diverse markets.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities, assess competition, and understand the unique dynamics of each city.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, local authorities, and relevant organizations to facilitate business activation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and finance, to align business activation strategies with overall company objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business activation efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with new market entries and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage budgets for business activation, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in a strategic growth or business development role, with a successful track record in activating businesses across multiple cities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer behavior data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
