About the role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Growth Head.
Experience : 12+ years
Industry : Education
- Ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the expansion of our school franchises, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring sustained growth in the educational sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Growth Planning:
- Formulate and implement inclusive growth strategies to enhance our presence in the education sector.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and trends to drive sustainable growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, including attending industry events, networking, and leveraging online platforms. Utilize various channels to identify and engage with potential franchisees.
2. Partnership Development:
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government bodies, and other relevant entities
3. Franchise Development:
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding the network of school franchises.
- Develop new franchise models to reach Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
- Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners, conducting due diligence to ensure alignment with the organization's values and goals.
- Prepare business case and communicate value proposition according to companys s Franchise Model (Investment, Fixed Expenses, Variable Expenses, R.O.I, Profit Share etc.)
4. Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitor activities, market demands and industry trends.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for franchise expansion.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a leadership role of atleast 10 years and franchise development with a focus on strategic growth, preferably in the early education sector.
- Strong understanding of the educational landscape and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve ambitious growth targets.
