We are looking for a Growth Head to drive business expansion, revenue growth, and market penetration. The ideal candidate has a strong background in P&L ownership, growth strategy, GTM execution, and business intelligence, with experience scaling businesses and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy: Define and implement scalable growth strategies to drive revenue and user acquisition.
- P&L Management: Own and optimize revenue streams, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, including international expansion.
- GTM Execution: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage BI, analytics, and performance data to optimize business operations.
- Leadership & Team Management: Manage a cross-functional team , fostering innovation and execution excellence.
- Strategic Initiatives: Work with leadership teams to drive high-impact projects and business transformations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8 to15 years of experience in growth, strategy, business leadership, or P&L ownership roles.
- Proven ability to scale businesses, drive revenue, and expand market share.
- Strong expertise in growth hacking, GTM strategy, and international expansion.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in high-growth startups
- Exposure to fintech, e-commerce, or consumer tech industries.
- Education: MBA from Tier-1 institutes (IIM, ISB) or engineering from IITs/NITs is a must.
- Consulting Experience: Prior experience at top consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) is mandatory.
