Head of Growth / COO / CEO / Chief of Staff / Operations / D2C industry

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Define and implement growth strategies for company Connect.

- Identify opportunities for new projects that align with Company' mission and market demand.

- Take complete ownership of all initiatives, from ideation to scaling, acting as the primary decision-maker for each project.

- Build operational processes and frameworks to ensure scalability and long-term sustainability of each project.

- Develop and oversee OKRs for all growth initiatives, ensuring measurable success.

Project Management:

- Lead the execution of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

- Collaborate with campaign managers and project teams to optimize operations and resolve roadblocks.

- Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements.

Team Leadership:

- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, including project managers, engineers, and marketing specialists.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability across all teams.

Revenue Growth:

- Develop monetization strategies for Company Connect and other scalable platforms.

- Collaborate with the sales team to attract and onboard new clients and sponsors for various projects.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven track record of taking projects from 0 to 1, including developing and executing GTM strategies.

- 10+ Yrs experience

- D2C Experience

- Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of performance metrics and optimization.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for storytelling and brand-building.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to solving challenges.

- Experience in community building, platform development, or event marketing is a plus.

- Prior experience in scaling teams and processes is a plus.
