Duties/Responsibilities:
- For any brand acquisition, business diligence will include working with all key stakeholders/departments to evaluate all aspects of target business like growth potential, financial performance, Tech/HR capabilities etc.
- Develop checklists and drive timelines adherence for timely completion of process and deal closure
- Builds a knowledge repository to generate insights around target brands
- Driving timely closure of Acquisition with all stakeholders
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Consulting Experience with E-comm exposure
