Our client is the world-renowned company in core industries such as steel, cement, energy, minerals, ports & infrastructure and many more.

Leveraging their extensive distribution network and supply chain management experience they are planning to launch a MSME market place.

Our client is a B2B e-commerce platform for steel consumers, connecting micro, small and medium enterprises with steel distributors. At our client, one can purchase steel at competitive prices, with doorstep delivery at the click of a button. We aspire to bring transparency & competitive pricing, trust, quality product, timely delivery, and after-sales support in steel purchases. The platform shall also facilitate financing solutions and credit offers by banks and distributors for MSME's steel purchases on the platform.

Our client head four different product categories:

1. MSME

2. MSME Direct

3. Industrial & warehouse

4. Homes

We are hiring for Growth Head for Homes segment following will be the responsibilities:

1. Identify all possible channels for lead generation for Homes business especially Architects, Brokers etc. to build long term strengths

2. Create and execute programs for these channels for effective engagement leveraging the connect of JSW entities and their sales team wherever possible

3. Identify possible partnerships with other platforms for lead generation

4. Explore BTL campaigns for key influencers and build relationships in a sustainable, tech led, agile manner

5. Acquire franchisees in various cities who can invest in our design studios and partner with us. This involves identifying potential partners, pitching the franchisee concept and get them on-boarded

6. Provide detailed analysis on spends vs returns for each channel of customer acquisition

Qualification:

- Experience in construction or related industries (eg: interiors) is preferable

- Proven skills of providing fast and sustainable growth in a startup environment

- Great written and verbal communication skills, well organized individual with high achievement orientation
