What is the role about?
You will join the xto10x Growth practice team. You will work across various projects in a client setup as well as some internal ones. These projects empower startup founders and leaders on their scaling journey - covering all company life stages such as 0-to-1, growth, IPO, and beyond. These projects could be in the context of some of notable offerings:
- Growth planning & execution: Help businesses define the big moves needed to achieve their short & long term revenue ambitions and co-own the design and execution of the growth charter.
- Product-market fit enhancement: Help businesses diagnose the health of their current product market fit and prescribe the necessary fixes across value proposition & GTM design.
- Channel strategy: Help organizations choose the right channels (sales org, offline stores, marketplaces, owned websites etc.) & expand into them successfully
- Cost optimization - Do critical reviews to eliminate unnecessary costs, pivot to better performing growth assets and formulate long-term roadmap for high return on investment.
What would you be doing as a Growth Expert?
- Client Delivery: Growth team addresses complex business challenges for our clients. As a part of the team , you will help structure these ambiguous problems into clear, actionable recommendations. Using quantitative & qualitative analysis, you'll transform insights into practical solutions that our clients can implement. Key traits required: strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, ability to synthesize and deliver complex information and impact-orientation.
- Subject-matter Expertise: Our clients look to us for guidance on a variety of growth topics. As a part of the growth team, you need to already have or be capable of developing working knowledge of all major areas of growth and deep understanding (enough to be positioned as an expert) in a few of them. Key traits : Ability to build strong conceptual understanding using diverse sources, first principles thinking, strong analytical skills and creative thinking.
- Program Management: We execute several projects simultaneously. You will take the work on multiple workstreams, driving both their design and execution. This includes organizing and coordinating projects, ensuring milestones are met, and delivering impactful outcomes. You'll collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, keep projects on track, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution across functions. Key traits required: high ownership, attention to detail, proactive communication, and a strong ability to influence and deliver results.

What are we looking for?
- 2-6 years of experience post MBA (tier 1 preferred but not a non-negotiable) or 4-8 years of experience post UG.
- Experience as a part of a growth team, founder's office or a management consultant.
- Candidates with deep expertise in performance marketing, revenue operations, retention management, marketplace growth will be preferred.
