Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to attract home sellers and buyers to the Truva platform.
- Identify and leverage both digital and hyperlocal marketing channels to effectively reach target audiences.
- Create and manage effective marketing campaigns across online platforms, including social media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to enhance brand presence and drive referrals.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize growth strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor and measure the performance of all growth initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data and feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing technologies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the real estate or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully driving growth through digital and hyperlocal marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
