World Class opportunity for the role of Growth Architect with venture builder that co-creates early-stage startups.
About the Role:
Our Growth Architects are responsible for the success of the businesses we build. On a more granular level, they define the thought and strategy of generating demand through multi-channel approach at different stages of venture development.
They are capable of generating demand through on-ground channels during the prototyping and validation stage focusing on defining the right user segment with the venture architect, understanding what the users are looking for and translating the same for the product team, and closely focusing on key factors that will drive retention and higher LTV for the product in the future.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Formulate the company's user acquisition strategy. Set and manage an aggressive customer acquisition goal. Create / Implement initiatives to hit that acquisition goal.
- Full ownership over digital marketing strategy and implementation of marketing team.
- Including, funnel optimization, content creation, campaign execution, talking to users, etc.
- Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI.
- Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy.
- Lead overall site conversion rate optimization and develop and optimize landing page strategy.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition.
- Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns
