Growth & Acquisition Lead - Neobank - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

As a Growth and Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for leading acquisition-led growth in our global neo-banking business by strategizing strong-ROI campaigns across channels, (online and offline) and leading teams to execute it in a timely manner.

What you will do:

- Building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players, agencies and vendors for lead generation

- Leading consumer analytics & market research, building actionable insights for the business

- Working closely with product, UX & engineering to enable Growth and Merchant marketing initiatives & driving bottom-line conversion

Desired Candidate Profile

What you need to have:

- MBA from Tier-1 institutes

- 8+ years of relevant experience

- Ability to build the marketing tech stack required for the execution of targeted campaigns

- Working knowledge of 2-3 native ad platforms, affiliate marketing, attribution-tech and re-targeting is necessary

- Experience in leading channel- agnostic teams

- Experience in leading cross-functional projects involving design & tech teams to be able to optimize better

- Strong communication skills

- Prior startup experience is a plus
