Position: Group Vice President

Position Overview:
Our client is a 3 decade-old chemical engineering company headquartered in Nashik with plants in 5 locations across India and employing over 700 people.
The company is looking for a Group Vice President to lead the company into the future. The Group Vice President will be a key member of the executive team and will be responsible for developing and implementing our strategic vision, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations at multiple plants spread across India.
This is a full-time on-site role based in Nashik (Maharashtra).
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the ongoing operations at MSTPL and identify the growth opportunities
- Assesses the strategic position of businesses, competitors, and industry leaders
- Evaluates market and financial trends in the organization's industry
- Conducts a research on competitor operations, marketing programs, and strategies
- Propose strategies for improving organizational efficiency and employee productivity
- Establish short-term and long-range goals, objectives, policies and strategies for the organization
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the assets.
- Evaluates organizational effectiveness by reviewing and analyzing past performance and developing plans for future operations
- Provides overall leadership, direction, and vision to the organization
- Manages individual and department objectives and goals
- Investigates and recommends new and alternative strategies, ideas, and perspectives for organizational growth
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's Degree in Business Management or related field
- 20 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Operations Management and P&L Management; with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience in managing Manufacturing/Surface Treatment Operations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
- Familiarity with managing change and leading organizational transformation.
- Strong Financial acumen and experience with budgetary management.
- Ability to contribute to the Company's Growth and Development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
