Job Description
- Identifying Training need of sales employees through various methods.
- Designing Online & Offline Training Course and material.
- Delivering Training at different branches PAN India.
- Analyzing Training impact on regular basis.
- Maintaining MIS of Training.
- Take direction from training lead and execute deliverables.
- Design process training plans with inputs from stake holder.
- Assess the effectiveness of training material to be deployed for the KS program including the SOPs, Participant and Facilitator Guides, Learning Check Points, etc.
- Set-up daily/weekly huddles with trainees to track progress and resolve any issues.
- Participate in periodic transition update calls set-up by
- Project Managers for internal stakeholders and provide detailed updates on progress of training batches
- Preparing, publishing and maintaining various training reports and dashboards
- Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in Banking domain
- Training experience in Mutual funds, Insurance, Investments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong time management skills
