Requirement for Talent Acquisition Lead
Qualification- Full time MBA with B-School
Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager/Senior Manager, handling a team of Recruitment Specialists.
- Demonstrable experience of managing the complete Recruitment cycle.
- Hands-on experience of using multiple sourcing techniques and tools, with a special focus on social media hiring.
- Excellent team-management abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates).
Other Attributes
- A Proven track record of both bulk hiring and hiring for senior/niche roles.
- The candidate must possess strong analytical skills and have a passion for conducting research and deriving actionable insights from raw data and information.
- Strategic mindset -the candidate should be able to take a big picture view and design initiatives that serve multiple business lines across geographies.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Building talent pipelines for our current and future job openings.
- Leading different sourcing strategies for our various business lines.
- Managing our external partnerships with Recruitment Consultants, Job Boards and Colleges.
- Implement internal/external employer branding activities.
- Oversee all stages of the candidate experience from application to interview to final communication.
- Monitor and measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire etc.
- Build a rich database of potential future hires from amongst past applicants and referred candidates.
