- Participating in setting up of brand strategy in alignment of overall business goals. Preparing and executing launch plans.
- Constructing and implementing long term sales and marketing plans and short term plan for sales team for execution.
- Developing and executing Brand Activation Activities which included National and local promotional activities in Malls/Multiplex.
- Developing suitable merchandising and consumer promotion strategy for the brand.
- Customised product sampling and select Key customer engagements through Malls/Magazines

- Understanding market dynamics, consumer insights, competition and their product offerings.
- Understanding brand architecture and developing a pipeline of new products and product enhancements to meet existing and anticipated consumer needs.
