Group Senior Reporting and Consolidation Manager (Head)

Consolidation and Financial Reporting :

- Responsible for the financial consolidation of the Group and communication of the reporting timetable

- Preparation of ICo's annual consolidated accounts (under IGAAP).

- Responsible for coordination of internal and external audit works (interim reviews and annual audit)

- Responsible for development of Group Reporting and Accounting policies

- Verification of reporting adjustments, insuring correct application of the Group Accounting Policies.

- Ensure proper documentation (Memos) is available to support significant accounting treatments.

Management accounts and Analysis :

- Responsible for producing the group financial management reporting to various boards and group forums within deadlines, expected quality and combining the group view together with the Business Areas (BA)/Industry angle

- Lead business / operational reviews to analyse relevant cost & income drivers, results and performance

- Responsible for definition and analytical review of Group and BA related KPIs

- Contribute from a financial and business perspective to group activities linked with budget and strategic plans

- Perform ad-hoc assignments (benchmarking, scenario analyses, business plans, etc.) / prepare specific reports for management and committees

General :

- Lead, guide and empower Group Consolidation and Reporting team targeted to develop / improve the entire function to meet today's and tomorrow's demands

- As matrix owner of group reporting function, ensure the processes are properly documented and kept up-to date

- Keep up to date with technical accounting knowledge locally and around the Group

- Keep up-to-date the whole team and the management with developments within the profession/industry

- Perform gap analysis with the intention to suggest ideas for reporting processes improvement.

- Assist to Finance Council meetings as secretary and owner of Steering Documents process

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets :

- CA or CPA with Minimum 15 years of experience in consolidation and financial reporting function with exposure to group FP&A practices

- Experience in working with consolidation and Business Intelligence (BI) tools

- Strong experience in working with KPIs, strategies and business cases

- Strong financial planning and analytical background

- Strong management skills

- Sound knowledge of IGAAP and IFRS

- Very good knowledge of group consolidation techniques and financial reporting tools.

- Strong analytical capabilities, able to see holistic view and being detailed at the same time

- Good knowledge of financial planning methodologies with application of scenario analysis

- Strong command of Microsoft Office, in particularly proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Able to set priorities for the team, result driven and precise

- Service-minded, able to work under pressure in multi-tasks environment to meet targets and deliver at the defined deadlines

- Innovative, seeking ways to improve current practice and develop alternative methodologies

- Takes responsibility for actions and shows determination, commitment and pro-activity
