- Responsible for incorporating Group Reporting within the General Ledger; reviewing reporting changes ensuring any amendments are identified for the FTP (Finance Transformation Platform) model and the alignment of the Operating chart of accounts to Reporting chart of accounts where possible.

Job Description

- Responsible for managing the processes around incorporating Group Reporting Chart of Account (GRCA) within the FTP model; reviewing GRCA changes ensuring any amendments are identified for the FTP model and the alignment of the Group Reporting Chart of Accounts (GOCA) to GRCA where possible

- Responsible for managing the GRCA mapping rules (both Primary and Secondary) and assist in the impact analysis of GRCA/reference data changes on the accounting schematics for the FTP model.

- Responsible for co-ordinating with sites to get the mapping rules tested on platform

Skills Required:

- Chartered Accountant with 2+ years PQE with IFRS knowledge and experience of working in Banking and/or familiar with banking products

- Experience in a PeopleSoft Financials Business Analyst role or similar Finance System Analyst or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Good collaborative team skills.

- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure when required.

- Experience working in a large project based environment would be advantageous

- Must have uncompromising standards of quality in performing functions, an eye for detail, and a strong focus on delivery

Type of Experience

- Experience in Reporting vertical in a Banking Industry or in Global Finance CoE with familiarity in banking products
