Group Project Coordinator - Capex Technology Portfolio
- Coordinating and managing the technology CAPEX portfolio
- Zero based costing
- Be the central go-to person for any guidance and support requested from key stakeholders (PM, Brand & Delivery Partners, Tech Directors, CTO), as would have the central view of the portfolio and spending.
- Providing visibility of portfolio spending to senior stakeholders (Tech Directors & CTO) so they can make informed decisions in a timely manner and help to deliver the strategic plan.
- Led on monitoring of benefits, and ensuring they are being tracked and realized within the brands.
- Highlighting risks, issues mitigation plans, and opportunities so have a group view of all the benefits we are delivering, in a simple-to-understand format.
- Ensuring that there is financial control and rigor around the project review process.
- Support the business case process with our brands and tech teams
- Own the business case process
- Co-ordinate with the finance teams, to tie together projects, business cases, spending, and reporting
- Create and maintain a portfolio tracker
- Support the brand technology partners with visual plans, and co-ordinating updates
Desired Profile:
- Exp range- 5-8 yrs
- Experience as a Project Manager
- Should have worked for UK /US company or customer
- Financial/analytical skills are essential
- Good knowledge of agile processes and principles
- Understanding of business value around features/functions
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with applicable work management technology and tools
- Any certification in PM roles will get added advantage
- Hybrid role
