About our Client - Our client is one of the leading Rice and Food Staples companies in India, and are widely regarded as pioneers in their space. They have an impressive array of brands, which are market leaders in their respective categories. Currently, the client is looking to expand their existing product portfolio and are looking to recruit a Group Product Manager - New Product Initiatives, based out of their office in Delhi NCR.
Job Description - Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Conceptualizing the overall marketing and branding strategy for the new products that the company is looking to launch.
- Working closely with the New Product Development team and provide thorough insights after conducting extensive market research.
- Developing the annual marketing plan for the product line.
- Managing the end to end product life cycle, right from conceptualization till it is rolled out.
The Successful Candidate - You will be a post graduate with around 8-10 years of post qualification experience in core brand/product management roles. Prior experience in new product development and launches is a must. Experience in the FMCG Food industry would be preferred. The client is looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a proven track record of success, with the ability to drive business.
