Key Responsibilities :
- Formulate brand plans and propose marketing strategies for the assigned division in line with corporate policies.
- Develop phase-wise marketing strategic plans and organize relevant activities accordingly.
- Execute planned activities, such as CMES, workshops, camps, patient education programs, and lifestyle management programs.
- Manage the creation and production of brand publishing materials, including information booklets, leaflets, handbills, brochures, etc., ensuring content, design, creativity, and proofreading are of high quality.
- Conduct research activities related to the marketing plan and gather market insights.
- Identify and explore new geographical areas and markets to expand the customer base.
- Assess the feasibility of introducing new products in the business plans.
- Conduct regular fieldwork to gain a deep understanding of the market and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Prepare and submit detailed monthly reports on marketing activities to the management.
- Provide concise weekly progress reports to the management on assigned activities.
- Provide support to the Head of Marketing in various marketing initiatives.
