Position: Group Product Manager
Location: Okhla Phase - III, New Delhi-110020

Duties
1. Inbound Product Management tasks + responsibilities:
- Create and maintain product backlog through systematic collection of requirements from multiple sources (RFP, Pre-sales, existing customers, Marketing, Support etc).
- Create Product Roadmap (with defined release cadence) through Gated PLM process, using the backlog and through a process of prioritization, sizing and capacity matching
- Proactively identify non-functional requirements in the product in terms of H/W, O/S & S/W (e.g. AS, DB, Browser, devices etc.) compatibility or any other product standard (e.g. multi-entity, multi-language etc.)
- Identify technical capabilities that are needed for interfacing with external systems
- Should do primary (if applicable) and secondary research for functional, non-functional and regulatory requirements (generic and geo-specific)
- Create detailed business requirements for Sprint (e.g. Stories) - detailed story & mocks, UX/UI along with calculations & validations, if any
- Participate in Agile-Scrum (whenever we make transition to that): Manage sprints - run and participate in Daily Scrums, Scrum of Scrums, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning (What), Sprint Review and Sprint Retro
- Conduct product training for pre-sales, technical support, professional services teams and prepare the supporting collateral
- Create product collateral (e.g. product deployment guide, product set-up and configuration document, product functionality document, Product Feature List - quick reference etc.)
- Generate new ideas for product Innovation
2. Outbound Product Management tasks + responsibilities:
- Act as the human face of the product with the customers (especially the senior level business owners)
- Create and own Product Strategy after conducting Market assessment, Competitor assessment, customer (current & prospective) insights, partner details (including Technology, GTM and Professional Services partnerships)
- Own GTM strategy including value proposition, target customers (Market Segment / sub- verticals to focus), bundled product & service offerings, Skills / Competencies needed for the Engineering organization, inputs on team composition, External partner leverage, pricing and help/drive product marketing (see next section)
- Should create and continuously refresh the basic product decisioning tools including SWOT analysis, Competitive Analysis (including feature parity analysis w.r.t. key Competitors)
- Work with Marketing for product launch and other promotional events
- Provide content to Product Marketing for creating collaterals (see below)
- In future, run CAB (Customer Advisory board) and User groups
Good to have - product marketing experience / exposure for the following areas:
1. Promotion of the product using social media,
2. Running email campaigns, product events
3. Create product collateral such as Sales Playbook, Explainer videos and Self-demo videos, webinar, whitepaper, sell sheet, cheat sheet, Battlecard, Executive pitch, win-loss analysis, Sales pitch, Analyst briefing, customer presentation
Qualifications

Education Level :
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
Experience Level :
10+ years of proven experience as a product manager with demonstrated success in defining and launching an excellent product
