Qualification: B.Pharm /B.Sc and MBA in Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
1. To closely liaise with the Country Managers to conceptualise and strategise product promotion.
2. Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
3. Supervise countrywise budget utilization and monitor expense to sales equation.
4. To prepare product forecasts, and constantly monitor inventory levels locally and in different countries to ensure supply timelines.
5. To co-ordinate and ensure timely launch of new products in various countries.
6. Responsible for providing the sales teams in different countries with the necessary technical inputs to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.
7. Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products.
8. Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Regulatory and other departments to address any issues that may arise.
9. To create product packs in compliance with country regulations.
10. To impart product training to new Managers and provide training materials to countries for new Medical Representatives- training.
