About our Client : Our client is one of the global pioneers in manufacturing dermatology products which deliver high-quality, competitively priced medical devices to make healthcare more accessible and affordable around the world. They have aggressive growth plans for India and want to become market leaders within the service portfolio they cater to. They are looking for a Group Product Manager to create and implement the Pan India Marketing strategy.
Job Description: Reporting to the SBU Head :
- Responsible for making the strategic marketing, products and solutions plan and ensure right focus across all business units and plans for all stakeholders
- Develop and implement the Brand Strategy to increase response rates and enhance brand awareness
Product Development :
- Evaluating the changing trends in the market, assessing the various business opportunities and evaluating international portfolio of products for introduction in the Indian market
Revenue Generation:
- Deliver robust and cost effective marketing programs, solutions and campaigns that meet the immediate and longer term needs of business and stakeholders
- Spearhead direct marketing initiatives to drive demand generation through customer acquisition, portfolio enhancement and extension, delivering favorable ROI Solutions - Tele Marketing, Operations, Sales Support and Digital Marketing
- New client acquisition and creating a robust digital marketing strategy to generate response/revenue
Public Relations /Corporate Communication :
- Develop & implement the Public Relations /Corporate Communication strategy in conjunction with the Public Relations agency on board
Internal Communication :
- Responsible for aligning the organization with a suitable communication strategy to drive image & reputation amongst employees and internal stakeholders
The Successful Candidate:
- The ideal candidate will be someone who comes with a strong experience of more than 8 years in marketing in the Healthcare industry, preferably MNCs
- Minimum 2 years into a man management role
- Experience of minimum two product launches with end to end responsibility
- Track record of high performance delivered and a strive to achieve excellence
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills would be desirable.
