We are looking for a Group Product Manager-Gynecology for an Indian Pharmaceutical Company based in Mumbai
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Develop brand plans and devise Marketing strategies aligned with corporate policies for the brand.
- Plan and implement various activities according to phase-wise Marketing Strategic plans.
- Execute planned activities such as CMES, Workshops, Camps, Patient Education Programs, and Lifestyle Management Programs.
- Oversee all publishing materials for the brand, including information booklets, leaflets, handbills, brochures, ensuring content, design, creativity, and proofreading meet standards.
- Conduct research activities related to the marketing plan.
- Explore new geographical areas and markets to target customers.
- Assess feasibility of new products for inclusion in business plans.
- Conduct regular fieldwork to develop a comprehensive marketing plan.
- Submit detailed monthly activity reports to management.
- Provide concise weekly progress reports to management on assigned activities.
- Provide support for all marketing purposes to the Head of Marketing.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science, with an MBA or MMS in Marketing.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Brand Management in the Pharma Industry.
- Accountable for Market Share, Revenue, Profitability, and Growth.
- Experience in Gynecology or Women's health is advantageous.
