Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy :
- Define and communicate the product vision in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop a comprehensive product strategy that considers market trends, customer feedback, and technological advancements.
Platform Development :
- Oversee the development of the B2B SaaS platform, ensuring seamless integration, user experience, and scalability.
- Champion the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product features. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams - from engineering, design, sales, to customer support.
- Engage directly with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
Product Lifecycle Management :
- Lead the full product cycle from ideation, design, development, launch to post-launch optimization.
- Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs, then translate findings to drive product enhancements.
- Keep abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging industry trends.
Monetization and Pricing Strategy :
- Develop and refine monetization models for the platform.
- Oversee the implementation of pricing and discount strategies, ensuring profitability while offering value.
Customer Success and Feedback Loop :
- Cultivate an active feedback loop with clients to continually refine product offerings.
- Oversee customer onboarding, training, and support processes to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Project Delivery and Implementation :
- Direct and oversee product delivery pipelines, ensuring timely and quality delivery to clients.
- Collaborate with the implementation teams to ensure smooth deployment of product features and functionalities.
- Establish clear communication channels to update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Requirements :
- Educational Background: MBA from a leading Indian or international business school or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in product management, with a significant portion dedicated to SaaS B2B platforms.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development, cloud technologies, and platform scalability.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to digest complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in the analytics industry.
- Familiarity with AI-driven product offerings.
- Must have owned products and platforms in earlier roles
- International work experience
